CESAR (Cooperation through Education in Science and Astronomy Research) is an educational program developed by the European Space Agency (ESA), the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA), and the Spanish Defense Systems Engineering Institute (ISDEFE) to provide European high school and university students with practical experience in astronomical research in space science, radio astronomy, or optical astronomy.
