Opening of the registration period for visits to ESAC
Universities, associations and similar organisations
The registration period to request visits to the European Space Agency’s Astronomy Centre will be open from 15 April to 31 May.

General information
Visits will take place from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 17:00, and the maximum number of visitors per group will be 20 people.
This registration system is designed to optimise available spaces and the organisation of visit schedules.
How to request a visit
Requests must be sent by email to: project.cesar@esa.int ↗
The email must include the following information:

Name of the institution or organisation.

Number of people attending the visit.

Preferred language for the visit (Spanish or English).

Possible dates for the visit.
Who it is for
These visits are intended for adults, universities, associations, senior groups and similar organisations.
They are not intended for schools, which have other options available at the following link: view options for schools ↗
Allocation of dates
The available months for visits will be from September to December 2026. A new registration period will open in September for the following months of the academic year.
Once the registration period has ended, all applicant organisations will be contacted in the following weeks to inform them of their assigned visit date or, if applicable, whether they have been placed on a waiting list.
