University Visits to ESAC

These excursions to the ESAC center are designed for university classes or similar educational grades. ESAC - CESAR personnel will show the ESAC center and some of the operational areas, explaining the objectives for this ESA center, the science space mission that are developed here, and the obtained science. The group will visit some of the internal mission rooms, and the large outdoor replicas of the science spacecrafts. 

University excursion in January 2023, in front of the 1:1 Gaia model.

• Standard visit duration: 2 hours 

• Preferably on Tuesday to Friday, from 16:00 to 18:00 hours 

• It will be around 1 visit per month

• Max. number of students allowed per visit: 20 

• Permission for a group picture publication in the ESA-CESAR webpage will be asked.
