On 22th of February the ISDEFE manager Daniel Mosquera and the assistan manager Álvaro Manresa went to visit ESAC installations and especially the CESAR room, in order to know more about the CESAR project, how it was going, the advances, the telescopes and the educational activities with schools and universities.
