On the 7th of February, 60 students in their 1^rst year of ESO, came to ESAC to be scientist for a day. Their research topic was focused on the information revealed under the study of the sunspots evolution : "the sun rotation"

Before arriving at ESAC, the students, with their teacher's support, got familiar with the Space Exploration, the European Space Agency role in it and the different types of space missions. They were able to learn how the Sun is not only observed from the Earth but also by space missions that study its different shells, and how do astronauts live in the International Space Station (ISS). All this was possible thanks to a set of videos provided by the CESAR Team to the school during the Space-Science Experience (SSE) process.

And we are again on the 7th of February, the day when the students came to ESAC to work hand-to-hand with the ESA experts and to learn quite a lot about the different ESA missions and their goals. To make the most of this special time, the students were divided in two groups, starting one of them to be scientist for a day while the other group did a tour around the space mission models.

For their research at ESAC, students were divided in smaller teams, having each one of children a key role within them. They data used for their investigation had been collected by the CESAR Solar Telescope at ESAC, which is daily looking at the Sun. After obtaining their findings and putting them  in comon with "the scientific community", their classmates.

Once the researches completed their activity, they went for a tour around the models and viceversa.
