CESAR in the Peace and Cooperation Awards ceremony, Looking at the stars

Yesterday Monday 30th January, during the International School Day for the Non-Violence and Peace, the School Caude of Majadahonda organized the yearly ceremony for the International Peace and Cooperation Awards. The diplomae were presented to the winners by the Peace and Cooperation Foundation, a consultative organism of the United Nations (UNO) and collaborator of UNOOSA, the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs.

The event was presided by the major of Majadahonda , D. Narciso de Foxá Alfaro (see news); the ambassador of Chipre in Spain, D. Koula Sophianou and the Director of Familiy of the Comunidad de Madrid.

The CESAR engineer Miguel Pérez Ayúcar, carried out an introductory presentation fore the 2017 Award, with the theme "Looking at the Stars". He presented as well the activities carried out by the Colegio Caude during the Space Science Experience where the students completed the case of the Sun rotation.
